14 Day Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Whilst we try our best to deliver all your items in perfect condition, if you do receive any items that are damaged or faulty, then please email to organise a refund or replacement. Please note, we will require either photographic evidence or for the item to be returned to us (at our expense).
Returning Your Product(s)

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable and we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
If you are part of our local South Devon delivery area, you can also return items on your future deliveries (but you must first notify us via email of any returns within our 14 day returns period).
To exchange an item, please first organise a return with us and then place a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange for.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we are processing your refund for your returned products(s). Once notified, your refund will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
