Fool-Proof Iced CoffeeDifficulty: Easy
2 tsp granulated coffee
1 tsp Demerara sugar or sweetner
1/2 cup Oatly Barista or milk
1/3 cup ice cubes
- Dissolve the coffee and sugar in 3 tbs boiling water.
- In a separate cup whisk the milk or milk alternative until light and frothy.
- Add the ice to the coffee mixture and pour over the frothy milk to serve.
- Instead of Demerara sugar or sweetner, honey, maple syrup or agave syrup also work well as a substitute.
