Fool-Proof Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp granulated coffee

  • 1 tsp Demerara sugar or sweetner

  • 1/2 cup Oatly Barista or milk

  • 1/3 cup ice cubes

Method

  • Dissolve the coffee and sugar in 3 tbs boiling water.
  • In a separate cup whisk the milk or milk alternative until light and frothy.
  • Add the ice to the coffee mixture and pour over the frothy milk to serve.

Notes

  • Instead of Demerara sugar or sweetner, honey, maple syrup or agave syrup also work well as a substitute.
