Easy Cocoa cookies

The Postal Pantry stocks everything you need to make these simple and delicious rich chocolate cookies, just add softened butter or vegan margarine alternative (which is what we used when making ours).

These cookies are inspired by Mary Berry’s chocolate fork biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 100g of Butter or Dairy Free Alternative

  • A Splash of Oatly Milk Alternative or Similar

  • 50g of Soft Light Sugar

  • A pinch of salt

  • 120g of Doves Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour

  • 12 Squares of Milk Chocolate

  • 15g of Cocoa powder

Method

  • Reheat oven to 180 degrees and line two trays with baking parchment.
  • Cream butter and sugar together, then add the flour, cocoa powder, salt and milk.
  • Roll into small balls with one chocolate square in the middle, and place on baking tray. Push each one gently with a fork and bake for 10-12 minutes.
