These cookies are inspired by Mary Berry’s chocolate fork biscuits.
100g of Butter or Dairy Free Alternative
A Splash of Oatly Milk Alternative or Similar
50g of Soft Light Sugar
A pinch of salt
120g of Doves Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour
12 Squares of Milk Chocolate
15g of Cocoa powder
- Reheat oven to 180 degrees and line two trays with baking parchment.
- Cream butter and sugar together, then add the flour, cocoa powder, salt and milk.
- Roll into small balls with one chocolate square in the middle, and place on baking tray. Push each one gently with a fork and bake for 10-12 minutes.
