Important Delivery Notice
We are in the process of changing our delivery information and local delivery routes - please bear with us whilst we make these changes (note, this page is due to be updated soon). If you have any queries regarding delivery, please contact us.
We deliver throughout the UK with no minimum purchase required! In South Devon, we operate our own local delivery service and for the rest of the UK, your order will be delivered by one of our delivery partners.
LOCAL SOUTH DEVON DELIVERY
Deliveries by our team are normally in our zero-emissions 100% electric van.
We operate our own local delivery service throughout South Devon (see areas covered below), with no minimum spend. Local delivery in our South Devon Area is FREE when you spend £45 or more. For orders below this amount we charge a small delivery fee of £4.95.
Deliveries typically take place between 2pm and 8pm, however times may vary as we reduce food miles by calculating the most efficient route each day. You will usually be notified by email/text when we’re on the way.
To secure your time slot (subject to availability), simply place your order by 10am the day before your areas delivery day (for example for Ashburton customers, place your order by 10am Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday). If your order includes fresh bakery items (by Hylsten or Lamaro Bakery), remember you need to order by 10am at least 2 days prior to your area’s delivery day.
You can easily add items to your order by placing additional order(s) via our website selecting the delivery option ‘ADD TO EXISTING ORDER’ and the same delivery slot at checkout. You can add to your order up until 10am the day before your chosen delivery day.

You don’t need to be at home to receive your delivery. Our team will personally deliver your shopping direct to your door or leave it in a dry (as we mainly deliver in recyclable paper bags) designated safe place if you’re not in. If your order contains any chilled items, please ensure a cool box/bag is left out for our driver to leave these items in safely.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
No Minimum Spend Required
Our postal service is available throughout the whole of mainland UK, with a choice of delivery options starting at just £3.95. The total estimated weight of your order is displayed in the basket and checkout. For all other areas, such as Scottish Highlands/Islands and Northern Ireland, please see our ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section below.

Not at all! We don’t have a minimum order amount. You can order as much or as little as you like. Please check out our delivery charges above depending on your area.
Your total estimated order weight is displayed on the basket and checkout ‘Order Totals’ section.
Yes we do! Our rates are for the Scottish Highlands/Islands are the same as our UK mainland delivery charges above. However, please allow additional time for delivery to these areas and note that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates/timescales.
Our bulk order fee above also applies to orders 20kg or more. Delivery is automatically calculated at checkout.
“EXPRESS UPS” is unfortunately not available to Scottish Highlands/Islands customers.
We currently only offer delivery for orders up to 1700g (1.7kg) to Northern Ireland via Royal Mail 2nd Class. The postage charge for this service for Northern Ireland is £4.95. Please allow additional time for delivery and note that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates/timescales.
Please be aware that orders sent may be subject to customs charges and tax duty which you will be required to pay before your order is delivered. Postal Pantry is not responsible for these charges and is unable to advise what these charges may be.
Unfortunately, we currently don’t deliver to any of the Channel Islands.
All our postal packaging is 100% recyclable. Even our tape we use is made from paper!
We also don’t believe in wasting perfectly good packaging, so we always try to reuse as much as we can. So, on occasion, your order may arrive in a reused, unbranded box.
